Customized Solutions

Rather than providing a confusing web interface to self-manage a hosting account, we work directly with our hosting clients and personally implement desired features and alterations to the account. This way we can ensure that we understand exactly what our clients need from their hosting experience, and we tend to manually configure extended options upon client request. This means if you need, say, backup DNS and email relays for your corporate domain which is hosted elsewhere, simply call us up or email our support staff and we can have it online within 24 hours.

Domains and Email

Our hosted clients enjoy unlimited email addresses for their domains, and multiple domains can be hosted for a minimal setup fee (will not increase your monthly rate). We can do anything you need regarding email, inluding spam filtering, secure webmail, secure POP and IMAP access, unlimited aliases, forwarding, and extra addresses.

Our Network

Your web sites, email accounts, and domains will be hosted on our primary server cluster in a secure datacenter in northern California which is connected to multiple internet backbones and employs generator-powered emergency backup systems to keep us online at all times.

Our primary server cluster uses high speed RAID systems on multiple nodes to redundantly store your data, and daily backups are maintained at the datacenter. Hosting our primary servers at such an advanced facility helps ensure your web site will be served up to the public as quickly and reliably as possible.

We also have secondary and tertiary backup servers online 24/7/365 right here in Humboldt County. Our secondary servers provide backup DNS and email relays to make sure your emails aren't lost in the event of a serious outage at our primary datacenter, and we also use those systems to store off-site copies of all our clients' data.

In addition to our secondary rack, our tertiary servers, located at a seperate facility in Eureka, CA, provide an extra failsafe for DNS backups and SMTP relays for added redundancy on our network, as well as a second off-site backup location for triple redundancy of our customers' data.
